Hello Xbox One Tenno! 

We were made aware during tonight's Home Time stream that chat connection issues were being experienced - we are actively investigating the issue and will update you as we make progress.

April 3rd Update: With approximately 47 minutes of downtime last night we were able to get chat reconnected! Everything should be up and running. Thanks Tenno, apologies for the issues.

And looks like it is now live!! If you restart Warframe on your PS4 you should be able to see the Titania Prime Access Pack from your in-game Market now, Tenno. Thanks for your patience!

Through some investigation, we've found that many Tenno using the Internet Service Providers, Claro and Net, are experiencing issues with chat on PlayStation 4. 

Upon communication with the development and technical teams, we do not have any outages or wide spread issues with Warframe on PS4 at this time. This suggests that the issue may be region specific and with your Internet Service Providers. As a next step, we recommend contacting them for technical assistance as their tools allow to properly diagnose issues on their network. 

We apologize we can't offer more support for the situation, thank you Tenno.

Correct! April 21st is PC ONLY. 

Once we have sent to Cert and cleared it we'll have an idea of when the Operation will begin for you all on consoles. Once its live you will have 4 weeks to play the Operation 🙂

We understand your concerns and respect you championing for us to hold until we've gotten into a good spot with Scarlet Spear. If you are unfamiliar with the 'Dev', 'In Cert', and 'launch' cycle on consoles this is our usual approach. We want to reassure you that as we are still in the "In Development" phase and are grabbing hotfixes as they launch on PC and will continue to do so.

Hey Tenno! Some of you started experiencing login issues yesterday shortly after Hotfix 27.3.4 launched on PC. It resolved itself not too long afterwards but we are still seeing some activity and reports from you this morning that tells us issues are persisting. 

We are investigating and will continue to monitor and update you here. We apologize for the service interruptions - thank you for your patience! 

Update 9:50 AM ET: We think we found the culprit! Login issues are dropping. It might take you a bit longer than usual to get past the login load in, but you should be in the clear now!
